How to Optimize Your Video’s Description
Your video’s description can have a major impact on your video’s success. Today I take a look at YouTube “comedian” Daniel Songer’s YouTube channel and offer some optimization advice for his video’s description.
YouTube user/comedian Daniel Songer started uploading crowdless, home based stand-up comedy videos in June of 2007.
After pumping out video after video, his comedy act number 143 connected with a mass audience.
From a video optimization standpoint, Daniel brought the content pillar HARD. We’re talking over 140 videos worth. Because of that he built up a Community around his videos. The community then took care of the Promotion embedding the video on other sites, sharing it with their networks, and getting it featured in major blogs & websites. The only pillar Daniel is missing out on is the Meta-Data Pillar.
In this video I look at a few ways that Daniel could optimize his video’s description to take advantage of his new-found viralness.
