Do QR Codes Work on Videos?

Wow this is great. How do you actually put the QR code into a video?
I can\'t remember what online tool I used to create the QR code, but it generates a .jpg image that you can insert into a video pretty easily with most video editing software.
This is really cool! I want to have the same system!
